For lamination of croissant dough/ puff pastry etc. 3 phase unit 1.8Amp, commando plug included. Tabletop version (table excluded) so can fold away when not in use. Whole machine and belts are in excellent condition. Workhorse machine that works perfectly and can laminate a maximum billet size of 6.7kg. Comes with 2 catchers, 2 rolling pins, full set of scrapers and springs.
